A calm hour, once a week
Brain injury can be isolating. Symptoms are often invisible, recovery is rarely a straight line, and the people around you may not understand why you’re still struggling. This group is a steady place to share what’s working, ask questions, and hear from others on the same road.
Led by Meghan Schneider, OTD, OTR/L — a Certified Brain Injury Specialist who has been through concussion recovery herself.
- Come every week or drop in when you can
- Listen or share — there’s no pressure to talk
- Practical strategies for fatigue, headaches, sensory sensitivity, and getting back to daily life
- Join from home for now — a quiet, low-light in-person space is coming soon

Where
Virtual for now, on Google Meet (link above). In-person meetings at Brightspot Center are coming soon — not yet.
Questions?
The support group is a peer community, not a substitute for medical care. If you’re in crisis, call 911 or 988.
