Care for every age and stage
Our pediatric roots run deep, and our neurological specialties mean teens and adults recovering from concussion, brain injury, or vision changes find expert help here too.
Little ones
Sensory processing, play and social skills, fine motor development, and building the routines that make mornings and meals easier.
Kids & teens
Handwriting, attention and executive functioning, emotional regulation, visual-motor and reading-related vision skills, and the independence that helps kids thrive at school.
Neuro recovery
Concussion and post-concussion syndrome, brain injury rehabilitation, functional vision remediation, cognition and executive functioning, post-COVID cognitive challenges, and getting back to school, sports, work, and life.
Specialized care, built around your goals
Every plan starts with what matters to you. We blend play-based, hands-on therapy with evidence-based methods from advanced specialty training.
Interoception
Interoception is the sense that tells us what’s happening inside our bodies — a racing heart, a tight stomach, feeling hungry, tired, or anxious. When those signals are hard to notice or understand, managing emotions, attention, and self-care gets harder. Meghan has published and presents nationally on interoception, and it shapes much of our work.
Sensory Processing & Self-Regulation
Support for kids who feel “too much” or “not enough” — helping children understand their bodies and emotions, handle transitions, and find calm at home and school.
Autism & Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy from a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, focused on comfort, connection, communication, and independence.
Concussion, Brain Injury & Vision
Specialized rehabilitation for concussion, post-concussion syndrome, and brain injury at any age — plus functional vision remediation for children and adults when eye tracking, focusing, or visual processing gets in the way of reading, learning, and daily life.
Dr. Meghan Schneider, OTD, OTR/L
Meghan is a pediatric and neurological occupational therapist, author, national conference speaker, and adjunct professor at Elizabethtown College and Moravian University. She has spent her career helping kids and adults make real progress — especially those whose struggles were never fully understood.
